DESCRIPTION Eosol Group, a leader in the engineering and construction sector, is seeking to hire an **MEP Project Manager** with a solid professional track record of at least 10 years’ experience. This strategic position is based in Madrid. The role is essential for the management and execution of large-scale, technically complex projects. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional in **Project Management** for complex buildings, covering typologies such as football stadiums, high-tech laboratories, large office buildings, data processing centers (DPCs), and logistics warehouses. In-depth knowledge of key technologies applied in building services is required, including advanced understanding of tools such as Revit—not at the modeling level, but specifically for clash detection and other essential functionalities supporting project coordination and optimization. Job responsibilities include comprehensive project management—from design and planning through to execution and final handover—ensuring strict adherence to schedules, budgets, and the highest quality standards. The MEP Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing suppliers and subcontractors, providing technical supervision of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) installations, and proactively resolving issues and challenges arising during project implementation. We seek a candidate with strategic vision, strong analytical ability, and proven leadership skills.
