We are currently seeking a **Specialist in Electronic Components Procurement** to expand the team of an international company in the motorcycle industry. This role is essential to the success of our purchasing operations and supplier management, focusing on the efficient acquisition of electronic components and the optimization of our procurement processes. Responsibilities * **Purchasing Management**: Carry out procurement processes for electronic components by preparing and managing **RFPs (Request for Proposal)** and **RFQs (Request for Quote)**, ensuring optimal conditions in terms of price, quality, and delivery times. * **Supplier Relations**: Serve as the main point of contact with suppliers, ensuring proper product delivery and compliance with established agreements. Additionally, creation of a supplier report is expected to enable continuous performance evaluation. * **Negotiations and Agreements**: Conduct effective negotiations on contracts and agreements, including the execution of **NDAs (Non\-Disclosure Agreements)** to protect confidential information. * **Project Management Collaboration**: Work closely with project management teams to ensure purchasing needs align with project timelines and requirements. This includes forward planning of needs and adjustments according to project developments. * **Market Analysis**: Perform ongoing market analysis to identify new purchasing opportunities and alternative supply sources beneficial to the company. * **Reporting and Analysis**: Develop periodic reports on purchasing activities and supplier performance to support informed decision-making and optimize resource management. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum of 5 years of experience in electronic components procurement * Knowledge of manufacturers and distributors of electronic components across all categories * Electronic Manufacturing Service (EMS) providers * Passionate about sustainability and committed to making the world a better place * Results-oriented, highly analytical and organized. Accustomed to using data for decision-making * Strong negotiation skills * Excellent communication and influencing abilities, with the capacity to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels * Ability to manage and prioritize multiple workstreams simultaneously * Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory) * University degree in Electronic Engineering
