**What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?**
* Organize and manage the section according to daily needs.
* Ensure quality and proper condition of the center, as well as availability of necessary resources.
* Guarantee correct implementation of promotions, offers, and campaigns, along with impact analysis.
* Organize and plan personnel team according to operational needs.
* Monitor, review, and analyze shrinkage across different sections.
* Ensure product assortment availability and correct in-store implementation.
* Manage relationships with and provide service to center customers.

* Approachability, humility, willingness, and motivation.

* Over 4 years’ experience in a similar position.
* Experience managing a food retail surface comprehensively.
* Valid driver’s license.
