**We are seeking a Project Engineer with extensive experience in Tertiary Sector Maintenance Project Management for our headquarters located in Cornellà de Llobregat.**
**Main role and mission:** Plan, coordinate, and monitor the technical and human resources involved in a project; deliver the service while ensuring monitoring and achievement of all other defining parameters, including adherence to the budgeted cost, compliance with deadlines and safety regulations, environmental protection, and occupational risk prevention.
Specific functions and tasks performed:
* Collaborate with clients in defining and clarifying project objectives.
* Plan the project comprehensively, identifying required activities, necessary resources, scheduled timelines, and estimated costs.
* Establish an information and communication system ensuring each individual receives the information needed to perform their duties, and document all actions to guarantee consistency and traceability across them.
* Monitor project costs, ensuring expenditures remain within budgeted amounts.
* Set up appropriate communication systems (e.g., meetings, periodic reports) and serve as the direct point of contact with the client.
* Maintain relationships with external parties involved in the project: clients, supplier companies, subcontractors, and other departments.
* Justify to clients and superiors the achievement of project objectives.
* Propose, where applicable, modifications to the project’s fundamental scope and objectives when circumstances warrant such changes.
* Implement appropriate corrective measures to address any deviations identified.
* Manage the project team and maintain team motivation.
* Identify training needs—technical, regulatory, or skills-based—and collaborate with the Prevention/CAE department.
* Collaborate with other company departments: other Project Managers, People & Values, Accounting, Administration.
* Evaluate work performed on each project to draw conclusions enabling continuous improvement for future projects.
* Ensure all work is conducted at all times in accordance with established safety and hygiene, quality, and environmental standards.
**Requirements:**

Minimum 5 years’ experience as Maintenance Project Manager for buildings/industrial plants.
Experience managing work teams and strong leadership and communication skills.
Education: Industrial Technical Engineer or equivalent experience.
In-depth knowledge of mechanics and mechanical systems, hydraulics, flow pressure and regulation, pneumatics, pressure drop and actuators, electricity, and custom-built equipment.
Ability to interpret drawings and symbols.
Knowledge of transmission systems and lubrication, metrology, and current occupational safety and health regulations.
Familiarity with low-voltage regulatory standards.
Knowledge of computerized maintenance management systems.
