**SITE MANAGER FOR INSTALLATION PROJECTS** At **EFILOGA, S.L.**, a company specialized in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, ventilation, and fire protection installations, we are seeking to hire a **Site Manager** to manage and coordinate our projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Technical and economic planning, organization, and monitoring of construction works. * Coordination of in-house teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. * Supervision of proper execution of installations according to drawings, regulations, and project specifications. * Cost, schedule, material, and resource control. * Preparation of comparative analyses, purchase orders, and forecasts of requirements. * Execution and review of measurements, certifications, and budgets. * Coordination with technical management, property owners, clients, and other trades. * Resolution of technical issues arising during execution. * Supervision of compliance with quality procedures, occupational health and safety protocols, and environmental management practices. * Preparation of progress reports and final project documentation. * Management of the economic and technical closure of projects. **Requirements** * Degree in Engineering, Technical Engineering, Technical Architecture, Higher Vocational Training (FP Grado Superior) in installation-related fields, or equivalent qualification. * **Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, sanitation, ventilation, or fire protection systems.** * Ability to interpret drawings, project documents, and technical documentation. * Proficiency in measurement and budgeting software, **AutoCAD, and office software.** * Valid driver's license. * **Work permit for Spain.** * **Residence in the Province of Pontevedra, or willingness to relocate to this province.** * Strong organizational, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. * Focus on meeting deadlines, controlling costs, and ensuring quality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in comprehensive installation projects. * **Proficiency in Presto, AutoCAD, and ERP systems for construction project management.** * Training in occupational health and safety. * Experience in economic management and cost control of projects. * Willingness to travel to various project sites. **We Offer** * Employment with an established and growing company. * Permanent contract and long-term professional development opportunities. * Involvement in diverse installation projects. * Autonomy and responsibility in managing construction works. * Training and professional growth opportunities. * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience and capabilities. * Necessary technical resources and tools to perform the role effectively.
