Job Summary: We are seeking an SOC Technician N1 with experience in IT support, IGA, identity management, and monitoring of critical platforms to operate and maintain banking systems. At GP DIGITAL, we are looking for an important financial institution **SOC TECHNICIAN N1** We seek a candidate with 2\-3 years of experience in **IT support, IGA, identity management, and monitoring of critical platforms.** You will participate in the operation and maintenance of critical platforms, directly impacting business security and continuity. ### **Conditions** * **Workplace:** Cénit (remote mode) * **Working hours:** 09:00 to 18:00 (intensive schedule during summer) **Your Responsibilities** ------------- * **Level 1 (N1\)** IT support for users and corporate environments. * **Operational administration and support for identities and devices.** * **Access and security management (IGA).** * Monitoring and maintenance of the client's critical platforms * Incident resolution, escalation, and follow-up. * Participation in **on-call duties** as per scheduling.
