You will provide technical support, resolve process-related issues, and participate in new equipment and product launch projects. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with EHS standards, manage technical documentation, and coordinate testing and KPIs. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and the quality we deliver to our global customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor production processes to identify improvement opportunities. * Implement continuous improvement actions focused on productivity, quality, and waste reduction. * Provide technical support to production and coordinate solutions to process-related issues. * Develop and update technical documentation, operating instructions, and parameters. * Participate in new process, equipment, or product launch projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations. * Coordinate testing, validation, and tracking of process performance indicators. **Key Requirements** * Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, or related field). * Prior experience in production or process engineering environments. * Knowledge of process analysis and improvement (Lean Manufacturing). * Experience providing technical support to production and resolving process issues. * Proficiency with technical design tools (AutoCAD). * Intermediate Excel skills for data analysis and KPI tracking. * Ability to develop and manage technical documentation. * Familiarity with quality, safety, and environmental (EHS) regulations. * Intermediate English level (technical documentation reading and communication). ### **Although not mandatory, the following will be considered advantageous:** * Six Sigma certification or training. **Our Commitment to You** Our greatest asset is the experience, creativity, and passion of our employees.
