We are currently seeking a SITE MANAGER responsible for directing and supervising the execution of HVAC projects, ensuring compliance with initial engineering studies and revising project layouts when necessary to guarantee technical feasibility, adherence to schedule and budget, quality, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities** * Ensure proper planning, resource coordination, and resolution of technical incidents throughout the entire project execution cycle, acting as the technical reference and being accountable for regulatory compliance and safety standards. * Review technical studies and revise project layouts to ensure technical and economic feasibility. * Support and guide Site Managers in resource planning, logistics, and daily site progress monitoring. * Manage and supervise on-site execution timelines. * Establish technical procedures and protocols for installation execution and commissioning. * Monitor project deviations, cost analysis, and work certifications. * Control quality on site. * Resolve complex incidents and make operational decisions. * Participate in defining technical and economic strategies for proposals. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and occupational health and safety regulations. **Requirements:** * Minimum 5 years’ experience managing HVAC projects in industrial or commercial environments. * Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, water systems, RITE regulation, energy efficiency, and sustainability. * Advanced proficiency in computer tools: AutoCAD, MS Project, Microsoft Office suite, and construction management software. * PRL training (minimum 60 hours) and official installer certification are desirable. **Required Education:** * Degree in Technical Mechanical Engineering (preferably in fields related to thermal installations, mechanical engineering, or similar). * Solid knowledge of HVAC systems, RITE regulation, energy efficiency, and sustainability. * AutoCAD, MS Project, Excel, and construction management software.
