Contract type and duration will depend on the hiring rationale, the specific project, and the circumstances of the selected candidate(s). + Full-time working hours Candidates will be ranked in order of total score obtained during the selection process (sum of merit points and test phase scores). In case of a tie, and to comply with HR Standard RRH.09 promoting the inclusion of persons with disabilities within the Tragsa Group, candidates with a certified disability equal to or greater than 33% will be prioritized—provided such disability is compatible with adequate performance of the role—and, where feasible, a contract type appropriate to that situation will be formalized. If no tie-breaking criterion applies or if no candidate declares a certified disability, the alphabetical order for tie-breaking shall be determined by a prior lottery; the letter "XXX" will designate the starting letter of the alphabet used to rank candidates according to their “First Surname.” In cases where the first surname coincides, the “Second Surname” shall serve as the tie-breaker. A ranked list will be formed comprising all candidates who successfully complete all stages of the selection process, ordered by total score. Job offers will follow this global ranking order, covering all remaining vacant positions; the location preference indicated during registration will not determine call-up priority.
