The selected candidate will undergo an in-person training program of 3–4 months at our headquarters in Italy (Turin), followed by remote work from Spain for an estimated period of 1.5–2 years. Upon completion of this period, relocation to a physical office in Spain is planned. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Telephone support and customer management in Spanish * Preparation and follow-up of quotations * Order management and entry * Pre- and post-sales customer support * Commercial activities focused on acquiring new customers via remote selling * Administrative and back-office tasks * Visits to client schools (1 day per week) **Profile We Are Seeking** * Native-level Spanish * Catalan language knowledge (mandatory requirement) * Italian and Portuguese language knowledge (highly valued) * Recent graduate in Pedagogy, Education, or related fields (desirable) * Excellent communication skills * Customer orientation and commercial mindset * Autonomy and organizational ability **We Offer** * Permanent contract with a Spanish company * Annual gross salary between €24,000 and €26,000 * Initial training in Italy with accommodation expenses covered by the company * Remote work from Spain after the training period for an estimated duration of 1.5–2 years * Professional development * Growth opportunities * Submission of CV along with a brief cover letter is required.
