Description
Sabadell Gent Gran is a service platform for elderly people offering residential care, day centers, serviced apartments, and home assistance services (“*Taulí Aprop*”). It is currently in an expansion and growth phase. As part of the Parc Taulí Health Consortium, Sabadell Gent Gran serves as the core for developing new integrated social and health care services, as well as current social and dependency services providing care and support to elderly people offered by the Consortium.
**Main responsibilities:**
* Prepare meals for users to meet their nutritional needs.
* Record work activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and defined specifications (e.g., correct temperatures).
* Receive, store, and manage traceability of goods to guarantee their quality, as well as proper stock control.
* Distribute and collect meal trolleys across all floors of SGG to meet scheduled timeframes.
* Prepare materials and serve meals in the dining room to provide appropriate service to users.
* Prepare and plate daily meals to facilitate distribution among diners during mealtimes.
* Organize, supervise, and control cleaning, maintenance, and order of facilities, equipment, and gastronomic utensils to ensure compliance with current regulations and standards.
* Manage waste in accordance with current regulations.
**What requirements are necessary?**
* Medium-level vocational training qualification in the field of cooking and gastronomy.
* Food Handler Certificate or Food Hygiene Training.
* Catalan language level A2\.
