At Grupo Marco, we are continuously growing and currently need to incorporate a **Civil Works Operator** into our Civil Works team. Barcelona **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the site team in civil works tasks (material handling, preparation of work areas, basic construction tasks). * Assist in infrastructure maintenance and conservation activities. * Proper use of hand tools and machinery specific to the role. * Compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. * Maintenance of order and cleanliness on site. * Support in implementing and maintaining **Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP)** measures. * Reporting safety-related incidents occurring on site. **What We Expect From You: Required Skills and Experience** * **Vocational Training (Second Cycle):** + A **20-hour** course specifically tailored to the trade performed on site. * **ORP Training – Basic Level:** + A **60-hour** course for workers assuming preventive responsibilities. * Prior experience in civil works (valued). * Basic knowledge of on-site safety regulations. * Ability to work effectively within a team. * Responsibility, commitment, and proactive attitude. * Availability to work outdoors and perform physical tasks. **What You’ll Get If You Join Us?** Employment will be indefinite from day one, with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday. **Competitive Compensation:** We offer a competitive remuneration package, with a market-aligned salary adjusted to your experience and professional profile. **Professional Development and Training Plan:** We’ll walk this path together—you set the pace, and we’ll provide the tools.
