Job Summary: We are seeking a senior candidate for the technical office department, with experience in construction supervision, technical development of construction solutions, quantity surveying, budgeting, and project planning. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Construction supervision, including analysis of quality, schedule, and cost compliance. \- Technical development of construction solutions. \- Quantity surveying and budgeting for execution projects. \- Preliminary economic sizing. Estimation of PEM (Project Execution Methodology) and investment costs for any real estate operation. \- Planning of project and construction phases. \- Quality control programs and results reporting. \- Preparation of technical reports. \- Drafting of tender documents for execution phases. \- Budgetary comparisons for contractor award or contract lot adjudication. \- Occasionally, coordination of Health and Safety during execution phase. \- Interaction with clients and suppliers. \- Reporting to Area Manager. REQUIREMENTS: \- Technical Architect / Technical Engineer / Medium or higher degree. \- Minimum experience: 5 years. \- High proficiency in Spanish and Catalan. English and French proficiency is valued. \- Experience in preparing quantity surveys and budgets. \- Ability to manage projects technically. \- Ability to technically develop construction systems. \- Knowledge and experience in installation execution (fluid and mechanical systems). \- Teamwork capability. \- Proficiency in TCQ, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Project. \- Proficiency in Presto and Revit. \- Ability to communicate effectively with clients. \- Geographic mobility. \- Valid type B driver's license and willingness to travel.
