Job Summary: OMNIOS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee software development projects using agile methodologies, manage client relationships, and ensure quality and efficiency goals in an innovative AI environment. You will join a young team and work on diverse and interesting projects from day one, making a real impact and pushing the current boundaries of AI, natural language processing, and analytics. **What Will Be Your Mission?** As a Project Manager at OMNIOS, your primary role will be to supervise software development projects using agile methodologies, manage client relationships, and ensure achievement of quality and efficiency objectives. You will lead the entire project life\-cycle, from definition through monitoring. **Your Day-to-Day as a Project Manager at OMNIOS:** * Manage software development projects, responsible for overseeing technology solutions developed using agile methodologies. * Maintain close contact with clients, understanding their needs and requests. * Define, analyze, and be responsible for monitoring projects throughout their entire life\-cycle. * Ensure achievement of established objectives in terms of quality, productivity, and efficiency, always prioritizing client satisfaction. * Define and supervise project objectives in collaboration with clients. * Monitor, plan, and control project scope. * Plan and control project costs and timelines. * Effectively coordinate team members and resources. * Make decisions to address client and team dissatisfaction. * Make decisions to address new client needs and explore new collaboration opportunities. **You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have:** * Education in project management or equivalent experience in technology delivery environments. * \+3 years of experience managing end\-to\-end software development projects (scope, planning, execution, and closure). * Experience leading and managing delivery teams, ensuring alignment, performance, and motivation. * Experience managing clients, acting as the primary point of contact, managing expectations, and building long-term trust-based relationships. * Strong business orientation, with ability to identify upselling and cross\-selling opportunities within existing accounts, in collaboration with commercial teams. * Experience managing risks, dependencies, and changes, with proactive anticipation and decision-making capability. * Analytical and results-oriented profile, focused on on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. * Excellent communication skills, able to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including non-technical profiles. * Proactive, organized, solution-oriented, and highly autonomous. * Experience working with Jira or any other agile project management software. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for analysis and reporting. * Teamwork and cooperation in dynamic environments. * Advanced spoken and written Catalan and Spanish; advanced English. **It Would Be Ideal If You Also Have:** * Professional experience in Artificial Intelligence (NLP, ML, etc.) **What Do We Offer at OMNIOS?** * The opportunity to join a pioneering company in the field of artificial intelligence. * Hybrid work model: 3 days remote, 2 days in-office. * 25 vacation days. * A personal day off on your birthday. * Flexible weekly schedule of 38 hours: * Start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM / End time between 4:30 PM and 6:30 PM. * Fridays: 8:00 AM–2:00 PM or 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. * Intensive schedule in July and August (35 weekly hours). * August: 100% remote. * Office located in central Barcelona. * Flexible compensation: meal vouchers, transportation allowance, childcare vouchers.
