The role of Industrial Assembly Operator is key in the production process of an international company in the electromechanical and technological sector, focused on automotive and industrial applications. Work takes place in dynamic industrial environments where precision and adherence to procedures are essential to ensure final product quality. This role forms part of the assembly line, contributing to the manufacturing of components and mechanisms that are later integrated into more complex systems. The work environment is orderly and requires commitment to safety, promoting efficiency and continuous improvement in daily tasks.
A temporary contract is offered, renewable monthly up to a maximum of six months. The salary is 16.23 euros gross per hour, plus a night-shift premium of 3.23 euros gross per hour when applicable. Shifts are fixed—morning, afternoon, or night—but may be adjusted according to production needs. Initial training and on-the-job support are provided during the adaptation period.
A minimum of two years’ experience in industrial assembly or fitting is required, including proficiency with hand tools and the ability to perform precision tasks. Experience in the automotive or electronics sectors is valued, as well as the ability to follow work instructions, quality standards, and collaborate responsibly and committedly within a team. Availability to adapt to rotating shifts is required.
