Real opportunities for professional growth. **The Bernacca Group** is a Brazilian company operating six restaurants in São Paulo, having established itself since 2013 as a benchmark in traditional Italian cuisine. Its specialty is durum wheat semolina pasta cooked "al dente", distinguished by its technique, texture, and authenticity. Additionally, the group owns Kuro, an award-winning Japanese restaurant holding one Michelin star. Currently, the group is preparing to expand into Europe with a new Bottega Bernacca, scheduled to open in March in the Gràcia district of Barcelona. **Full Job Description** **We are looking for a creative and wine-passionate Sommelier** to join our team and deliver a unique experience to our customers. **Who Are You?** * A professional with sommelier experience, knowledgeable about Spanish, Italian, and French wines. * Passionate about customer service, with a positive attitude. * Organized and capable of working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. * Knowledgeable about wines and spirits, with skills to recommend food-and-wine pairings. **What Will You Do?** * Recommend wines to customers. * Take ownership of the wine list and ensure it aligns with the restaurant’s concept. * Deliver exceptional customer service by advising on beverages and pairings. * Collaborate with the team to ensure a positive and efficient working environment. * Be an integral team member and assist with other duties during service. * Actively participate during service hours. **What Do We Offer?** * Be part of a solid and expanding project in Barcelona. * A professional, creative, and dynamic work environment. * Competitive salary based on experience and merit. * Real opportunities for professional growth.
