Would you like to join a team where your work makes a difference from the very first minute? **Why this position?** This position will allow you to join a dynamic team, where your primary responsibility will be to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our customers, employees, and collaborators within our facilities. **Key responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage access for employees, guests, suppliers, and visitors. * Verify identification documents and entry permits, maintaining detailed records. * Maintain order and coexistence in common areas, responding to acts of vandalism or criminal activity. * Monitor entrances and exits using security systems, detecting suspicious activities. * Operate and maintain electronic access control systems. * Report any technical failures or maintenance requirements. * Identify and report security risks. * Provide information and assistance to guests. * Implement and enforce security policies and procedures. * Respond to emergencies, coordinating evacuations and ensuring accessibility of escape routes. * Control access for suppliers and contractors, verifying their authorizations and supervising their activities. * Other security- and access-control-related tasks as required. **What we offer:** * Contract type: Permanent intermittent contract * Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week. * Working hours: Full-time. * Shift: Intensive afternoon shift, from 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. * Salary: €1,474.78 gross per month (14 payments), equivalent to €1,720.58 including pro-rated extra payments), plus the Grup Blasi supplement, proportionally calculated according to hours worked. * Position: Night Access and Facilities Controller (Professional Group: Access and Facilities Controller, Pay Level N.VII). * Benefits package: Enjoy private health insurance (comprehensive coverage with no waiting periods, subject to meeting Grup Blasi’s established eligibility criteria), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and much more. * Opportunities for professional training and career development. **To be eligible for this position, you must:** * Prior experience in access control or similar roles is desirable. * Ability to react quickly and effectively to unforeseen situations. * Strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
