OPERATIONS TECHNICIAN

Provide first-level support, maintain full operability of the Resort's Operating Systems (both parks and hotels), and execute opening, closing, and integration processes of these systems into the corporate management system. Execute and validate results of process chains according to procedures and action lines previously established by the Systems Area Manager. Project development functions. * Keep execution procedures of process chains up to date. * Accurately know the configuration of all installed equipment. * Monitor performance and operation metrics of installed hardware.
