Would you like to join a team where your work makes a difference from day one? **Why this position?** This role will allow you to join a dynamic team, where your primary responsibility will be to guarantee a safe and welcoming environment for our customers, employees, and collaborators within our facilities. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supervising and managing access for employees, guests, suppliers, and visitors. * Verifying identification documents and entry permissions, while maintaining detailed records. * Maintaining order and coexistence in common areas, responding promptly to acts of vandalism or criminal activity. * Monitoring entrances and exits using security systems, detecting suspicious activities. * Operating and maintaining electronic access control systems. * Reporting any technical failures or maintenance requirements. * Identifying and reporting security risks. * Providing information and assistance to guests. * Enforcing and applying security policies and procedures. * Responding to emergencies, coordinating evacuations, and ensuring escape routes remain accessible. * Controlling supplier and contractor access, verifying their authorizations and supervising their activities. * Other security- and access-control-related tasks as required. **What we offer:** * Contract type: IT replacement contract. * Schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week. * Working hours: Full-time. * Salary: €20,600 – €21,600 gross per year, paid in 14 installments, prorated according to time worked. * Benefits package: Enjoy private medical insurance (comprehensive, with no waiting periods, subject to meeting Grup Blasi’s established eligibility requirements), flexible compensation, daily buffet at a reduced price, open-house days, and much more. * Opportunities for training and professional growth. *We value diversity and foster an inclusive and respectful environment.* **To be eligible for this position, you must:** * Have prior experience in access control or similar roles (preferred). * Possess skills in access management and surveillance. * Be able to respond quickly and effectively to unforeseen situations. * Demonstrate strong communication skills and interpersonal abilities.
