Position Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer, a recognized expert in their field, to lead MEP projects in building construction and advise clients. Key Highlights: 1. We are a people-centered organization, with responsible teams and values that we apply daily. We are currently seeking a Mechanical Systems Engineer for our offices in Barcelona or Madrid. We seek an individual who serves as a technical reference for the rest of the team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Management of MEP installation projects in building construction (tertiary, commercial, industrial, healthcare, public sectors) from conceptual and basic design through to detailed execution * Client advisory during the initial phase of projects * Managing client requirements and coordinating needs with team members * Leading the project team, planning the project, defining conceptual design criteria for mechanical installations, preliminary sizing, calculation, and technical documentation of installations to be developed * Supporting site management for document control and for monitoring execution, testing, and commissioning * Mechanical systems audits **REQUIREMENTS** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering * Over 10 years’ experience in designing and calculating mechanical installations (HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, sanitation, gas, etc.) in the tertiary sector * In-depth knowledge of the Spanish Technical Building Code (CTE), Regulation on Thermal Installations in Buildings (RITE), Regulation on Fire Protection Installations (RIPCI), and Regulation on Fire Safety in Industrial Establishments (RSCIEI) * Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of CYPE MEP or other similar software is highly desirable * Experience in engineering team and project management * Intermediate level of English **WE OFFER** * A positive work environment, an ethical and transparent company focused on people * A stable full-time position * Competitive salary based on experience and expertise * Profit-sharing scheme * Flexible compensation plan * Flexible working hours and remote work options (hybrid model) * Opportunity to join an innovative multinational firm, with experts collaborating worldwide
