




Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and committed speech therapist to intervene with neurodivergent profiles, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team and ensuring high-quality care. Valued experience in ASD and DLD *We seek a dynamic and committed speech therapy professional with a strong vocation for Early Intervention and neurodivergent profiles.* *Their role will be essential to ensure the quality of care and methodological continuity of intervention programs, working closely with the multidisciplinary team.* **Functions and Responsibilities:** Clinical Intervention: Assessment and intervention in communication, language (expressive and receptive), speech, and feeding difficulties/dysphagia. Adaptation of interventions to neurodivergent profiles (ASD, ADHD, Language Disorders, articulation disorders, dysphonia, atypical swallowing, etc.). Program Implementation: Execution of exercises and activities previously designed by therapists or coordination. Technical Support: Technical support to therapists in implementing functional programs and instrumental tasks. Collaboration in developing and executing intervention plans with supervision. Documentation and Coordination: Recording and observation of behaviors, responses, and progress. Occasional coordination with other specialists. Environment Management: Support in preparing, maintaining, and organizing therapeutic materials. Communication: Functional communication with families and users under direct supervision. **Candidate Requirements:** Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Speech Therapy (completed). A Double Degree (Speech Therapy/Psychology) and Master’s or specialized training in Child Neurodevelopment and/or Early Intervention (EI) will be highly valued. Experience: Demonstrable experience intervening with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Developmental Language Disorders (DLD). Legal Requirements: Professional registration and possession of Civil Liability Insurance. **Key Skills:** Multidisciplinary teamwork, creativity in adapting materials, and empathy in family interactions.
