Job Description
BROILER PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN

If so, you’re in luck—we are currently seeking to hire a BROILER PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN for one of our companies located in Guadalajara.
**Key responsibilities include:**
Monitoring flock health.
Communicating company-established management protocols to farmers.
Advising integrated collaborators on legal and biosecurity matters.
Improving poultry farm facilities.
Providing necessary information to optimize company management.
Acquiring new farms.
Reporting to the commercial department on bird quality and weight ahead of scheduled removal dates.
Achieving optimal technical results at each assigned farm.
Ensuring integrated collaborators comply with all applicable legislation and biosecurity plans.
Fostering farmer loyalty to the organization.
**REQUIREMENTS:**
**Minimum education:** Degree in Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, or Animal Science.
Residency at the job location is required.
Prior experience in similar roles will be valued.
