Description

Full-time baker position with working hours from 8:00 to 13:00, under an indefinite contract. At least four months of prior experience in the trade is required. Main responsibilities include technical bread production, covering ingredient measurement, dough mixing and shaping—both for artisanal and industrial products. You must also monitor fermentation times, sourdough development, and oven temperature adjustments to ensure high-quality output. Additionally, it is essential to comply with food hygiene and safety standards, maintaining cleanliness of facilities and equipment.
