Reporting directly to the Madrid Caser Cuidados Coordination team, your mission will be to provide direct user support in performing daily living activities requiring assistance—based on their degree of dependency—as well as personal care and environmental support. Key responsibilities include: * Personal care (hygiene and personal grooming, basic care for incontinent users). * Home-based care (general household maintenance with dependent users and assistance in food preparation). * Family and environmental support (companionship, accompanying users for external errands, stimulation and healthy lifestyle habits, and entertainment). **What Do We Offer?** * Temporary employment contract * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–12:00 and 17:00–19:00 * Competitive salary. **Minimum required qualification (at least one of the following):** * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FPGS) in Nursing Auxiliary Care. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FPGS) in Care for Dependent Individuals. * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions. * Professional Certification in Socio-Healthcare for Dependent Persons at Home. **Desirable:** * Minimum one year of experience in residential care facilities. **\#WeSeekYourTalent \#PreparedForYou
