We are is seeking a Data Engineer: • Build and automate scalable ELT/ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks (PySpark, Delta Lake). • Ingest and transform data from SAP S/4HANA and other operational sources to create reliable, well structured datasets for analytics and reporting. • Implement monitoring, testing, and reliability practices to ensure high quality and trustworthy data pipelines. Required Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL enables the development and optimization of scalable data transformation logic. • Robust relational and dimensional data models are designed with clear metadata, lineage management, and data quality controls. • Azure services such as ADLS Gen2 and Azure Data Factory are used to build and operate reliable ELT/ETL workflows. • Databricks technologies including PySpark, Delta Lake, and SQL Warehouses are applied to develop high performance data processing solutions. • DevOps practices with Git and Azure DevOps, alongside infrastructure as code concepts, ensure consistent and repeatable deployment of data solutions. Preferred Qualifications: • Hands on experience integrating SAP S/4HANA data sources such as CDS Views and OData/APIs. • Solid understanding of supply chain processes including planning, logistics, and production. • Familiarity with SAP IBP data structures, and planning processes. • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI for delivering actionable insights. • Knowledge of enterprise data security and compliance requirements, including GDPR, secure data sharing, and auditing. Soft Skills \& Working Style: • Strong communication skills, including the ability to collaborate effectively across global, cross functional teams and cultures, with good English proficiency. • Product oriented mindset focused on simplification, standardization, automation, and delivering measurable value. • Collaborative and proactive working style, with confidence operating in agile delivery environments.
