As As a Data Analyst Intern, your primary mission will be to work alongside the rest of the Data team, transforming large volumes of data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making across the organization. During your internship, you will collaborate closely with one of our Data Analysts and several departments to optimize operations and enhance the customer experience. From day one, your role will be key to ensuring Civitatis remains a market leader in tourism activities, leveraging data analysis to innovate and exceed our travelers’ expectations. **What will your day-to-day look like?** * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports delivering key insights to various business areas. * Analyze large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement. * Collaborate with the Data Science team to implement predictive and prescriptive models that improve decision-making. * Conduct ad hoc analyses to answer specific stakeholder questions. * Work closely with the IT team to ensure data quality and accessibility. * Propose and execute improvements to data collection and analysis processes. * Participate in cross-departmental projects to foster a data-driven culture across the organization. * Advise marketing, sales, and operations teams on interpreting and applying data analyses. **What are we looking for?** * Currently pursuing a university degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields; signing a formal internship agreement with your university is mandatory. * Programming skills (Python, R) and statistical analysis knowledge. * Proficiency in SQL and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau). **Why Civitatis?** * Join the global leader in online booking of Spanish-language excursions and guided tours. * A youthful, travel-oriented, and highly collaborative work environment — with +20 nationalities! * Life beyond work: Flexible working hours (you manage your start and end times), intensive summer schedule, hybrid work model (3 days in the office, 2 days remotely). * 24 paid vacation days!
