We are looking for a highly motivated **Operations Technician** to join our Operations team in Spain, reporting directly to the **Spain Operations Manager**. The **Operations Technician** will support the commissioning process and manage all incidents/alarms raised on the Operations Platform. They will manage alarm resolution to reduce EV charger downtime, thereby improving the end-user customer experience. Below are all responsibilities. **Commissioning Coordination:** * Coordinate commissioning with installation contractors, verifying compliance with defined technical and operational requirements. * Manage relationships with EV charger manufacturers regarding warranty claims, firmware updates, and specialized technical support during commissioning. * Notify internal departments upon activation of charging points. **In coordination with the Operations Team:** * Monitor any incidents or alarms on the Control Platform. * Contact maintenance providers to resolve issues remotely or on-site, coordinating necessary interventions and tracking progress to closure. * Manage relationships with EV charger manufacturers to resolve hardware failures, handle RMAs, apply patches, and escalate issues to the manufacturer’s Level 2 technical support. * Contact customers to explain and provide solutions for any raised alarms. * Perform configurations and checks on operational chargers via management software. * Prepare operational reports and dashboards for activity tracking. * Propose improvements for new Platform and App features. * Resolve multiple issues simultaneously. **On-Call Duty Participation** Eranovum e\-mobility guarantees its customers 24/7 operation and maintenance service. Therefore, this role requires availability to participate in the on-call rotation system: * Rotating on-call shifts—including weekends and public holidays—to address critical incidents outside regular working hours. * Remote response to alarms and system failures requiring immediate intervention to minimize EV charger downtime. * Escalation of incidents to maintenance teams or external vendors when remote resolution is not feasible. * Logging and documentation of all incidents managed during on-call duty for subsequent follow-up. * Coordination with field technicians for urgent on-site interventions. **Required Education and Experience** * Professional qualification in Electricity, Electronics, or Computer Science. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in operations and troubleshooting of EV charging installations. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. * Knowledge of the Spanish Low-Voltage Electrical Regulation (REBT) and operational management software platforms. * Strong communication skills, motivation, and demonstrated problem-solving ability. * Customer-oriented mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction. * Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and perform under pressure to meet deadlines. * Availability to participate in rotating on-call duties (nights, weekends, and public holidays). * Sufficient English proficiency to communicate with suppliers and understand technical documentation.
