At OCA Global, we are looking to hire a **Technical Inspector – Night Shift** to join our technical team. If you have training in electricity, are interested in developing expertise in high-voltage work, and seek a stable position within a growing company, we want to meet you. Your main responsibilities: * You will perform technical tasks related to electrical installations and high-voltage operations. * You will participate in technical activities following established procedures and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. * You will carry out maintenance, inspection, and technical support tasks. * You will contribute to the proper functioning of assigned operations during the night shift. * You will ensure compliance with safety protocols. * You will follow established technical procedures to guarantee correct execution of tasks and minimize incidents. * You will collaborate with the operational team. * You will work in coordination with the rest of the team to ensure continuity and efficiency of operations. What would we like to see in your profile? * Medium or Higher Vocational Training in Electricity, Electrical Installations, or similar fields. * Prior experience in industrial electrical environments or high-voltage work is desirable. * Ability to work in a team and strong orientation toward safety. * Responsibility, autonomy, and commitment. * Availability to work night shifts. * Availability to work Monday through Sunday according to operational scheduling. Position Conditions: * Indefinite contract. * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week. * Approximate night shift hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. * Rotating shifts with two consecutive days off per week (e.g., Monday and Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, or Saturday and Sunday, depending on the operational schedule). * Availability to work Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays as required by operational needs.
