The position offers an initial temporary contract through a temporary employment agency, which later transitions into a direct, long-term contract with the company. Working hours are Monday to Friday on rotating shifts, with an annual gross salary of EUR 26,000. Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and supervising all production processes, ensuring achievement of efficiency, quality, and deadline objectives. Also includes managing required material resources, equipment, and personnel; controlling final product quality; ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards; and safeguarding process profitability. * Minimum Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience in production leadership roles, strictly within food industry companies. * Personal vehicle is mandatory.
