From **Construcía Instalaciones**, we are currently seeking a **Construction Manager – Installations** in **Madrid**, to join our Operations team. Key responsibilities include: * Negotiate and secure optimal supplier/subcontractor contracts aligned with quality, cost, and execution timeline requirements. * Perform monthly financial closing to meet forecasted targets. * Build trust-based, proactive relationships with clients and technical supervision teams to ensure client retention. * Monitor safety measures and ensure compliance with the safety plan. * Manage company documentation in accordance with established procedures (ISO and L2C standards compliance). * Draft installation execution projects. * Provide technical direction for installation execution on site. **Desirable Requirements:** * Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field. * Prior experience as Construction Manager – Installations on building construction or renovation projects. * Experience in commissioning installations. * Advanced English proficiency (an asset). * We seek a highly organized individual with strong analytical thinking, negotiation skills, and customer orientation. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one. * Positive work environment. * Professional development opportunities. * Flexible working hours, intensive workday on Fridays and during summer. *There is a place for you, whoever you are.
