From **Construcía Instalaciones**, we are currently seeking a **Construction Site Supervisor for Installations in Madrid**, to join our Operations team. The main responsibilities will include: * Overseeing all executed works directly on site * Supervising the quality of work carried out on site * Coordinating on-site activities, subcontractors, and in-house personnel * Supervising proper implementation of occupational risk prevention measures on site * Ensuring compliance with requirements and standards established in the quality and environmental management systems * Managing correct waste segregation and disposal * Assuming responsibility for occupational health and safety resources on site **Desirable Requirements:** * Education related to mechanical or electrical installations, or equivalent experience. * Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training * Training in quality and environmental management systems **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Positive and supportive work environment * Professional development opportunities * Flexible working hours, intensive workday on Fridays and during summer *There is a place for you—no matter who you are.
