From **Construcía**, we are currently seeking a **Technical Office Coordinator specializing in Structures for our Madrid or Barcelona office**, to join our Technical Office team. The main responsibilities will include: * Implementing measures to optimize costs and detect deviations, thereby improving project viability. * Preparing quantity take-offs and cost estimates for construction projects. * Evaluating technical and constructive alternatives to enhance project viability. * Using budgeting software and BIM modeling tools for economic and technical studies during the Design phase and for document management during Operations. * Tracking modifications and updates to projects. * Analyzing tender documents and specifications, identifying technical, administrative, and financial requirements. * Preparing feasibility and profitability reports for projects in the tender phase. * Identifying value engineering opportunities that reduce costs, timelines, or risks—while maintaining required quality and safety standards. **Desirable Requirements:** * Prior experience in structural calculations * Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or equivalent * Advanced English proficiency **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract from day one * Positive work environment * Professional development opportunities * Flexible working hours, intensive Fridays, and summer schedule *There is a place for you—no matter who you are.
