As Financial Controller, you will ensure control, analysis, and reliability of financial information, serving as a key member of the Finance Department and directly supporting strategic decision-making in a high-growth environment. How will you add value? * Preparing and analyzing monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. * Preparing financial reports for Management and supporting decision-making. * Monitoring budget variances and conducting margin and profitability analyses. * Coordinating and overseeing billing, collections, and payment processes. * Collaborating with Retail, E-commerce, Procurement, and Operations departments to ensure proper cost management. * Supporting internal and external audits. * Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and internal control regulations. What do you need to work with us? * Minimum 3–5 years’ prior experience as Financial Controller; experience in the fashion or retail sector is essential. * Solid knowledge of financial and analytical accounting. * Experience in financial closings and financial reporting. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and autonomy. * Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems. * A university degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Finance, or related fields is highly valued.
