In our positioning as a leading company in the defense sector, we aim to strengthen our team with an Engineering Delivery Lead – Automatic Test Systems (ATS) for strategic defense projects.
What will you do?
Lead the planning, monitoring, and delivery of automatic test benches and equipment (ATS – Automatic Test Systems) within complex technological programs.
The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary engineering teams and ensuring proper project execution, guaranteeing adherence to schedules, quality standards, and technical requirements for test system deliveries. This role will serve as the single point of contact for test solution delivery within the program, working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the management and monitoring of test bench and automatic test system projects.
Coordinate hardware, software, integration, and testing engineering teams.
Plan and supervise technical execution and system test integration.
Ensure compliance with deadlines, contractual milestones, and deliverables.
Manage technical risks, incidents, and scheduling deviations.
Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain to ensure equipment availability.
Act as the technical liaison with the client and program managers.
Supervise verification, validation, and acceptance processes for test systems.
Coordinate technical reviews, acceptance tests, and test bench deliveries.
Report project progress, milestones, and risks to the SAT Area Project and Program Manager.

Minimum 5 years of experience managing engineering or complex technological system projects.
Industrial Engineering, Telecommunications, Electronics, Aeronautics, or related field.
Experience with automatic test systems, test benches, or integration and verification systems.
Availability to work in a hybrid model in Torrejón.
