I love that you’re asking this question (I asked myself the same thing back then):** We’re looking for a claims handler to join our Direct Guarantee team on a temporary basis. Your main objective will be handling Own Damage, Theft, Fire, and Glass claims—and acting as the claims owner for each case. * You’ll join the team responsible for claims handling, maintaining daily communication with agents, policyholders, and partners to ensure effective and coordinated service. * You’ll ensure proper handling of direct guarantee coverages stipulated in policies, applying established liability criteria. * You’ll register, coordinate, and manage claims files—including liaising with expert networks, negotiating compensation with agents and policyholders, and tracking payments and interactions with suppliers. * You’ll use tools such as Info and NET for daily operational management, ensuring process traceability and efficiency. * You’ll learn and apply Center manuals, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and contributing to continuous service improvement. **By now, you’re probably wondering: How do I know if I’m a good fit?** Don’t worry—I won’t ask you to save the planet or meet 100% of the requirements. * If you have customer service experience, you’ll feel comfortable managing daily interactions with our policyholders, agents, and collaborators. * Prior experience in motor claims handling would be a highly valued asset for this role. * If you’re proactive in resolving claims files, you’ll bring agility and efficiency to the team from day one. * If you possess strong planning and organizational skills, you’ll manage your tasks efficiently and autonomously. * If you maintain a positive attitude and high willingness to engage, you’ll fit seamlessly into our collaborative environment. * If you learn quickly and adapt easily to new processes, you’ll navigate your daily responsibilities with confidence. * If you enjoy teamwork and contributing toward shared goals, this is the right place for you. * If you’re proactive in decision-making, you’ll actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes.
