We are seeking personnel to perform loading and unloading tasks for goods in a warehouse, operating the forklift safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include transporting products from loading docks to storage areas, organizing inventory, and maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. Both light and heavy loads are handled, always adhering to occupational health and safety regulations and using appropriate personal protective equipment. The job takes place in a dynamic environment, involving constant communication with the team and logistics supervisors to coordinate daily operations. Adaptability to workload peaks and effective time management to meet delivery deadlines are required. A temporary full-time contract with rotational shifts is offered, with possible extension based on performance and business needs. Salary complies with the sector’s collective bargaining agreement, including seniority and productivity-based increments. In addition, ongoing training in safety and operational procedures is provided. Minimum 2 years of experience operating forklifts, preferably in warehouses or logistics environments. Valid forklift operator license and completion of occupational health and safety training are required. Immediate availability to start and flexible working hours to cover shifts. Completion of primary education is required; additional training in logistics or warehousing is considered an advantage. Ability to work effectively in a team, follow instructions, and maintain a consistent work pace.
