DESCRIPTION **Madrid \| Leisure, Culture and Entertainment Sector** A leading business group in the leisure, culture, and entertainment sector—currently undergoing significant national expansion—is seeking to hire a **Technical Projects and Licensing Manager** to lead the technical and regulatory development of new projects and implementations. We seek a senior-level candidate with experience in public tender projects, activity licenses, and technical coordination—capable of exercising sound judgment, autonomy, and effective communication with public administrations and multidisciplinary teams. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------- ### **Technical Project Development** * Drafting and coordination of technical projects and associated documentation. * Preparation and supervision of implementations, drawings, and graphical documentation. * Development of technical solutions for public-access spaces. * Assessment of technical and regulatory feasibility for new locations. ### **Licensing and Urban Planning** * Management of administrative files and procedures. * Coordination with municipal councils, regional agencies, and collaborating entities. * Monitoring of technical requirements and authorization processes. * Preliminary analysis of urban and regulatory feasibility. ### **Execution and Coordination** * Coordination of external technical suppliers. * Supervision of adaptations, installations, and implementations. * Technical monitoring of execution through to commissioning.
