From **Construcía**, we are currently seeking a **Production Manager with geographic mobility** to join our Operations team for Retail-type projects. Key responsibilities include:
* Planning and organizing all activities required for the proper execution of works, ensuring timely completion—or even acceleration—of project deadlines.
* Negotiating and selecting optimal supplier/subcontractor agreements aligned with quality standards, pricing, and execution timelines.
* Conducting monthly financial closeouts to meet forecasted targets, accounting for incurred costs, payments made, volume of work executed, and any deviations occurring during the period—ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
* Minimizing post-sales rework.
* Building trust-based, proactive relationships with clients and technical supervisors to foster long-term client loyalty.
* Overseeing all safety measures and ensuring full compliance with the Safety Plan.
* Managing company documentation in accordance with established procedures and ISO regulatory compliance.
**Desirable Requirements:**
* Degree in Technical Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent.
* Prior experience as a Production Manager (experience in retail projects is advantageous).
* Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1\)
* 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course.
* Willingness and availability for national-level assignments, depending on project needs.
