As part of this commitment, we seek an experienced AI Development Technician to join our Artificial Intelligence Department. We are looking for a hybrid profile who, in addition to building AI solutions, is an expert in using AI tools (code assistants and agents) to accelerate software design, development, testing, and maintenance—and who can translate that value into business impact. This department plays a key role in leading the technical management of AI initiatives within critical processes across Group entities. **What will you do with us?** * **Business application:** Identify opportunities to apply generative AI and AI agents in Group entities’ processes, evaluating impact (savings, quality, time-to-market), and proposing prioritized use cases jointly with business stakeholders. * **AI agents and automation:** Design, integrate, and orchestrate AI agents to automate development tasks and business processes (integration with APIs, internal tools, and systems), defining prompts, workflows, and guardrails to ensure reliable, secure, and traceable outcomes. * **AI in the development lifecycle:** Use programming assistants and AI agents (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) to accelerate design, code generation and refactoring, test creation, and documentation—applying best practices for AI-assisted code review and quality control. * **Project coordination and management:** Coordinate with project teams, business units, and external vendors to meet objectives, timelines, and budgets. Provide leadership visibility into project status, potential risks, and mitigation plans. * **Evangelization and best practices:** Promote responsible and effective use of AI tools across the development team by defining guidelines, prompting patterns, and adoption criteria—and measuring productivity improvements. * **Functional analysis:** Collaborate with business areas and stakeholders to identify functional requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for the AI team. Conduct functional feasibility studies and propose solutions aligned with business needs. * **AI solution design:** Participate in designing system architectures involving artificial intelligence, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and security and compliance regulations. Define data flows and integration with internal and external systems to ensure functional coherence of the solution. * **Development and implementation:** Implement software components and AI models, integrating both technical and functional perspectives to deliver complete solutions. Work with code repositories and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or Jenkins) for smooth and controlled development. * **Validation and testing:** Lead and execute functional and technical tests (unit, integration, regression) to guarantee solution quality. Collaborate with QA and other teams to design test plans and scenarios covering functional requirements. * **Documentation and training:** Author and maintain technical and functional documentation for AI projects, ensuring timely updates. Train and advise internal users (functional and technical) on adopting and using AI solutions. * **Optimization and maintenance:** Participate in defining continuous improvement plans, maintaining and optimizing AI models and applications in production. Ensure solutions meet business requirements for performance, scalability, and resilience. **What do you need to know?** **Technical Skills:** * **Programming languages:** Proficiency in Python * **Tools and technologies:** APIs, Postman, GitHub, Docker (containers), Sonar * **Cloud:** AWS (preferred) and/or Azure * **Databases:** SQL (PostgreSQL, ORACLE), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) * **Automation and DevOps (desirable):** GitHub Actions, Azure Artifacts, or similar * **Deployment and orchestration (desirable):** Kubernetes, AWS CDK * **QA (desirable):** SonarQube, Octane, JUnit, pytest * **Security (desirable):** Azure Entra ID, Single Sign-On, secrets/key vault, digital certificates, cloud network management * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); basic knowledge of project management and effort estimation. * **AI assistants for development:** Practical experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar; prompt engineering applied to development. * **Agent frameworks (desirable):** LangChain, LangGraph, Model Context Protocol (MCP), or similar for building and orchestrating agents. * **Generative AI and LLMs:** Consuming model APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI, Amazon Bedrock), RAG patterns, and integration into applications. **AI Capabilities:** * **Applied agents and generative AI:** Knowledge of agent-based architectures, task orchestration, tool usage (tool calling), and RAG patterns; ability to assess model output quality and reliability. * **AI type:** Deep learning, with general knowledge of generative AI. * **Data handling:** Unstructured data including text, image, and voice. Data cleaning, transformation, and preparation for model training. * **Metrics and results evaluation:** Demonstrable portfolio of projects.
