We offer a **35-hour weekly work schedule**, with an intensive summer schedule and a very strict **digital disconnection policy**. In addition, you will have the opportunity to participate in innovative projects that have a positive impact on society.
**Your mission** will be to ensure the proper functioning and availability of the technological infrastructure—both *On\-Prem* and *Cloud*—guaranteeing its security and performance. You will be responsible for managing servers, networks, and systems, resolving incidents, and optimizing the environment for optimal performance. You will collaborate with product development and business development teams, as well as the organization’s operational departments.
**Responsibilities**:
* **Networks and Communications**
* Design, configure, and maintain LAN/VLAN networks, secure remote connections (VPN, WAN), and network segmentation according to operational needs.
* Administer and secure firewalls (*OPNsense*), managed switches (Alcatel), and Wi\-Fi access points (Cisco and Ubiquiti).
* Monitor network traffic, apply security rules, bandwidth control (QoS), and anti\-DDoS policies.
* Proactively monitor network status and resolve incidents quickly and accurately.
* **Systems and Services Administration**
* Manage Linux and Windows servers, both on-premises and in the cloud (*Aire Cloud, Digital Ocean, OpenStack, VPS*).
* Implement and maintain new services, backups, network storage, and file synchronization.
* Monitor virtualized and/or containerized environments (*Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, etc.*).
* **Identity Management, Endpoints, and Hybrid Environments**
* Administer identities, access, and devices using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Intune.
* Manage security policies, application deployment, and device configuration in hybrid and mobile environments.
* Maintain centralized administration of users, groups, and domains via *Google Admin Console and Workspace*.
* **Platform Implementation and Support**
* Participate in the implementation of cloud solutions and platforms (*Microsoft 365*, *Google Workspace*, web systems, or CRM).
* Provide technical support to users through a ticketing system: identify, diagnose, and effectively resolve issues.
* Coordinate the deployment and configuration of new applications or services within the Foundation’s ecosystem.
* **Automation and Scripting**
* Develop or maintain scripts in Bash, PowerShell, or Python to automate administrative, network, or backup tasks.
* Collaborate in CI/CD processes (*GitHub Actions, GitLab CI*, etc.).
* Document technical procedures to ensure repeatability and traceability of critical tasks.
**Requirements**:
**Required Education**

Higher Vocational Training Degree in Network Systems Administration or Application Development; Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or equivalent qualifications.
Practical experience—even if academic qualifications do not exactly match these degrees—will be especially valued.
Certifications in systems and network administration (CCNA, RHCE, Microsoft Certified, etc.) will be positively considered.
**Desirable Education**

* Certifications in Docker, Kubernetes, or Terraform.
* Microsoft certifications related to *Microsoft 365* and *Microsoft Intune*.
* Scripting and automation certifications, such as PowerShell (e.g., *Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator*).
* Information security certifications may be valuable, particularly those related to cybersecurity knowledge and regulatory compliance (ISO 27001, ENS).

**Conditions**
* **On-site position** at our offices in **Madrid or Málaga**.
* **Indefinite-term contract**, with a probationary period as stipulated by the applicable collective agreement.
* Full-time schedule of **35 hours per week**.
* Working hours according to departmental needs: either Monday–Thursday, 09:00–18:30 (with 45 minutes’ break) or Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 (with 15 minutes’ break). Intensive summer schedule: 08:00–15:00 in both cases.
* **Annual Gross Salary: €27\.000, paid in 12 installments.**
