First-Level Maintenance Technician – Climate Control

We are expanding our team and require a FIRST-LEVEL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN specialized in CLIMATE CONTROL for our mobile team (Madrid and surrounding areas), traveling to various sites using a company vehicle. Responsibilities: · Perform preventive/corrective maintenance across multiple clients: shopping centers, retail chains, etc. · Carry out comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance on climate control and refrigeration systems, chillers, direct expansion units, VRV systems, and low-voltage electrical systems. Interpretation of technical drawings. · Stronger technical profile focused on climate control. · Prepare necessary materials for installation or repair. · Monitor materials used. · Highly valued: versatile profile covering maintenance in electricity, climate control, electromechanics, etc. · Orderliness and cleanliness, as well as courteous customer interaction. Requirements: · Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) Certificate: 20 hours or 60 + 6 hours. · Mandatory Class B driver’s license and willingness to travel on-site (Madrid and surrounding areas). · Training in climate control, electricity, or related fields. · Minimum 3 years’ experience as a First-Level Technician performing preventive/corrective maintenance on building installations. · Versatility, multi-functional profile specializing in climate control and refrigeration, and flexible working hours will be valued. · Responsible individual with strong work motivation, empathy, and customer-oriented friendliness.
