This summer, we are looking to hire someone who enjoys working at the heart of the technological infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include: * Monitoring platforms and systems using monitoring tools. * Managing incidents and requests via ticketing tools. * Executing operational procedures and escalating incidents when necessary. * Working in Unix/Linux environments to ensure service continuity. * Being part of a team maintaining 24x7 system availability.
