Your main responsibilities as a Kitchen Assistant at Sanitas Mayores will be... Provide kitchen support according to the chef's coordination in preparing dishes and seasoning Use kitchen appliances and equipment such as griddle, fryer, refrigerator, oven, slicers, etc. Prepare dishes such as salads, combination plates, tapas, desserts, pizzas, grilled items, as well as plating and presentation. Perform cleaning tasks, general maintenance, organization of utensils and machinery used, and the work environment.
