We are seeking a **Technical Office Manager** to collaborate with us on **a civil engineering railway construction project**, scheduled to begin shortly. This is an integrated railway project combining civil works, industrial building, railway superstructure, and high-complexity installations. If you have prior experience in infrastructure projects, we want to meet you! **Your responsibilities:** * Analysis and study of the construction project, drawings, and technical documentation. * Preparation of detailed component breakdowns, measurements, and quantity take-offs. * Preparation of technical documentation for field execution. * Support for construction planning and milestone tracking. * Monitoring of productivity, progress, and technical deviations. * Management of project modifications and change orders. * Technical coordination with site managers, foremen, and subcontractors. * Review of as-built and execution drawings. * Technical support during layout surveys and resolution of incidents. * Preparation of technical reports and progress updates. **Requirements:** * Prior experience performing tasks similar to those described, in road/linear/railway construction projects. * Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) training (minimum 60-hour course). * Technical education in Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering (Highways and Public Works), Technical Engineering, or equivalent. * Availability to work on-site and travel as required by project needs. **What we offer:** * **Stability**: Employment contract within a solid work environment and long-term projects. * **Continuous training**: Tailored training plans aligned with your role and professional development. * **Flexible compensation**: Includes transportation, meal allowance, medical insurance, childcare support, and training. * **Pension plan**, in accordance with the Construction Collective Agreement. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you will find not just a job—but a place to grow.
