We are looking for an IT technician. Systems, Windows and Linux servers, switching, firewalls; installation of wireless networks, access points (AP), drivers, and hotspots; installation of servers and user computers at client sites; basic repairs and customer service; OT-Line and remote support; security. Your responsibilities would include handling incidents related to servers, communications, wired and wireless networks, security, firewalls, antivirus, operating system and computer installations at client sites, telephone-based OT-Line support for client incidents, and on-site services directly at clients' homes, etc. * Minimum 1 year of experience. Experience will be valued although it is not a mandatory requirement. * Higher Vocational Training Certificate (FP de Grau Superior) * Competencies / knowledge: English language proficiency. A valid driver's license is required. Teamwork skills. * Driving license category: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1450 * Other relevant information: Office located in Vilafranca del Penedès. Full-time schedule, both morning and afternoon shifts are mandatory.
