JOB DESCRIPTION **QUALITY Reus** is recruiting a **Production Support Operator** for a graphic arts company located in the Valls area. This is a newly created position offering long-term career prospects within the company. The selected candidate will play a key role in supporting the production department, ensuring that operators always have access to the necessary materials and consumables required to carry out their work, thereby contributing to the efficiency of production processes. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and solution-oriented individual capable of working in a constantly moving environment and handling both logistical and basic administrative tasks. Main responsibilities include: * Supplying production with necessary consumables (paints, personal protective equipment, tools, and other materials). * Monitoring and replenishing stock levels of materials required for production. * Recording material movements and inventory using computerized tools. * Collecting paints and other consumables from designated distribution zones for use in production. * Providing occasional support in tasks related to procurement and removal of raw materials, finished products, or rejected materials. * Using the pallet truck occasionally for internal material transport. * Maintaining order and proper organization of materials across various work areas. **This position does not involve operating production machinery or mixing paints.** Offer * Initial temporary contract through an ETT (Temporary Employment Agency), with potential for direct hiring by the company. * A stable position with opportunities for professional development. * Full-time employment on rotating shifts: morning, afternoon, and night. * Salary of **€10.70/hour gross** (approximately **€19\.000/year gross**). REQUIREMENTS * Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Vocational Training (Medium Level). * Prior experience in industrial environments, internal logistics, or production is desirable. * Basic computer and office software skills for inventory and stock control. * Organized, responsible individual capable of working autonomously. * Ability to perform dynamic tasks involving continuous movement throughout the facility. * Experience operating a pallet truck is desirable. * Personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace.
