Job Summary: We are seeking an Odoo development professional to customize modules, program in Python, adapt workflows, and resolve technical issues—exercising autonomy and maintaining a holistic view of the system. Positive work environment and direct communication with management We are looking for a professional with Odoo development experience to join a company in Quart de Poblet that is strengthening its technology team. Main responsibilities include developing and customizing modules in Odoo v17, Python programming, adapting workflows to departmental needs, and resolving technical incidents. The role also involves basic hardware and system support, server and user management, technical coordination with external Odoo providers, documentation of changes, and proposal of improvements. Prior hands-on Odoo development experience is highly valued. This is a temporary position with potential conversion to permanent employment. **Essential Requirements:** * Minimum 3–5 years of experience programming Odoo (not merely functional usage). * Proven experience working with Odoo in a business environment. * Ability to analyze business processes and translate them into technical solutions. * Autonomous, responsible profile with a holistic understanding of the system.
