We are currently seeking an **Administrative Assistant** to support the **Medium and Low Voltage Electrical Projects** department and join our team at the **Tarragona** offices. ##### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** * Manage individual permits for new medium- and low-voltage distribution networks. * Identify affected property owners and coordinate permit signings with them via telephone or in person. * Prepare, process, and upload documentation to the relevant platforms. * Keep databases and EDRD systems up to date. * Provide documentary and administrative support to technical teams and coordinate with various stakeholders. **What are we looking for?** * Higher vocational training in Administrative Management or equivalent qualification. * Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office and digital platforms. * Prior experience in engineering firms or the electrical sector is desirable. * A proactive individual with strong adaptability to change. * Valid driver’s license — advantageous. ##### **Discover our benefits!** * Permanent employment contract. * Flexible working hours upon joining. * Intensive work schedule every Friday throughout the year and during summer (July/August). ##### **We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to this outstanding team!** Department Administration Locations Tarragona **About Iplan Group** ------------------------- We have over 700 professionals distributed across Spain, combining talent, experience, and commitment.
