Description

We are seeking to hire a Construction Project Engineer for our Madrid office **with an indefinite-term contract**. **The selected candidate will perform the following duties:** * Oversee and manage each phase of a project, ensuring optimal compliance with timelines and specifications. * Support the Project Director in gathering the necessary information to identify the optimal location for developing projects. * Support the Project Director in administering and recording negotiations for contract closures with suppliers. * Support monitoring and supervision of the design and construction process across various project proposals, analyzing information contained in drawings and on-site conditions during site visits to facilitate reporting to the Project Director. * Monitor construction execution to ensure proper implementation. * Review and analyze information contained in engineering drawings. * Create and validate technical construction requirements for industrial buildings. * Coordinate and manage subcontractors during project execution. * Manage and monitor projects using the appropriate methodology (Waterfall, Waterfall Light, or Agile). * Manage the documentation required for various projects. * Attend periodic meetings to collect and synthesize information provided by project suppliers. * Assess project feasibility using available financial metrics (NPV, IRR, Payback). **Requirements:** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in civil and building construction management, land acquisition and subsequent development, and coordination of multiple concurrent projects. * Higher education degree in Architecture, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Works Engineering, or a related field. * English proficiency at B2 level. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge of Jira and AutoCAD. * Willingness to travel nationwide. **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 9:00–18:30 (1-hour lunch break); Friday: 8:00–14:00\. **We offer the opportunity to join a diverse and inclusive company.**
