Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Architect to draft technical documentation, manage projects, and supervise construction works, ensuring quality and timely delivery. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in drafting complete projects and technical documentation. 2. Management of administrative procedures and handling of GMAO files. 3. Supervision of projects and construction works, including quality control, schedule adherence, and cost management. We are looking for a Senior Architect for a position in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid. Main responsibilities include detailed drafting of technical documentation, complete projects (reports, drawings, budgets), technical reports, and tender documents for public procurement of construction works and services. The role also involves managing associated technical procedures, handling files via GMAO, and supervising both projects and construction works to ensure quality, adherence to schedules, and budget compliance. The ideal candidate must hold a degree in Architecture with an official master’s qualification and demonstrable experience in similar roles. A B1 level of English is considered a plus, as are knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, BIM, and SAP. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Presto, Microsoft Project, and the Microsoft Office suite is essential. Additional training in sustainability and energy efficiency is recommended, and a valid driver’s license is required. Employment conditions include a temporary replacement contract with full-time working hours from 08:00 to 15:00. The offered gross monthly salary is €2,290.74.
